The diesel filter element is frequently blocked: Check whether the coarse filter is clogged and clean it up in time. Otherwise, the coarse debris cannot be filtered, which will easily cause the clogging of the fine filter.

Air conditioning airflow becomes weak: To check whether the air inlet filter element is blocked.

The engine suddenly smokes black: To check whether the air filter element is clogged. Remove the air filter during the testing. If the diesel engine stops smoking black, the air filter problem can be ruled out. Consider whether the hydraulic pump power exceeds the engine power.

Action stuck and slow: Check whether the pilot filter element needs to be replaced.

The oil temperature becomes high: Check the hydraulic oil return filter element, whether it is clogged, whether there is copper powder or iron powder, it needs to be checked frequently, early detection, and early resolution.

Water temperature becomes high: Check whether the thermostat is working correctly.

Test method: cooling the machine in the morning, open the water tank cover, start the engine, and observe whether the water tank is flowing. If there is, the thermostat is not closed tightly. Wait for the engine to work for 3 minutes and touch the cooling water with your fingers. If the water temperature does not change, you may need to replace the thermostat.

If the water temperature is high, we must first ensure that the heat sink is unblocked. From simple to complex inspections, if there is no problem with the thermostat, you may need to check the water tank. Then, check the engine water channel. If the water channel is blocked, this will lead to high temperature.
